My wife and I wanted to retire to the NC Piedmont region from NJ. We spent a couple summer vacations here and then in August 2017 committed to finding a property. Alia was our agent. We were able to go from scratch to scheduling the final closing in a month’s time, which was critical for us since we could not stay in the area much longer.
