She is fantastic in this role because she is an honest, curious, happy human being. When we began our search using Zillow, I sent e-mails to several agents — only Patricia either answered the inquiry in the first place, or did it in a way that actually demonstrated perceiving our needs. On that note a helpful, responsive, supportive relationship developed which succeeded in closing on just the right house for us.
